Each session is currently limited to 4 students.

To maintain the license, the Class “G” license holder must complete four hours of re-qualifying training each year. The annual training course shall consist of a review of the curriculum topics listed above as part of the initial training requirements to include any recent changes in the law. License holders will be required to achieve a passing score on a cycle of fire consisting of 48 rounds. If the license holder fails to achieve a passing score after three attempts, they will be instructed to seek additional remedial training and schedule another re-qualification attempt at a later date.

The cost of this training is $65.00, range fee is NOT included. Range fee payment due day of training to range operator. 

Additional handgun qualifications are $20.00 each.

Retired Law Enforcement Officer LEOSA (HR-218) Qualification (if eligible) is $20.00.

Training Session rules for the Armed G Re-qualification training are as follows:

  • No Ammunition allowed in the Classroom;
    • *Firearms will be inspected prior to entering the training area*
  • No open shoes;
    • *Sneakers or boots only*
  • Long pants with strong belt – (i.e. jeans, duty or tactical pants) and duty belt/gear
    • *NO SHORTS OR SWEAT PANTS ALLOWED*
  • Crew neck t-shirt, dress or polo shirt
    • *NO TANK TOPS OR LOW CUT SHIRTS ALLOWED*
  • If you wear glasses please bring them to class
  • You must supply your own Duty Firearm.
  • Second Weapon qualifications are an additional $50.00
  • Please bring your duty gear and firearm the the class, but leave the ammunition in a secure place.

    • 144 rounds of ammunition for each handgun.
