Red Shirt Training, Inc.
Providing Law Enforcement and NRA Training for over 25 years!
Message from Rob:
Hello, and thank you for visiting Red Shirt Training. Red Shirt Training came to be after I retired as a law enforcement officer who completed 27 years of service. Since 1999, I have been actively involved in law enforcement training and started teaching firearms in 2000. During my career I also became a NRA Law Enforcement Instructor which, in turn, lead to me taking additional training to receive my civilian NRA Firearms Instructor ratings. In 2007 I started teaching at a local law enforcement academy, a job I still have today after retiring.
Red Shirt Training was created because I saw that there was a need for quality firearms training for individuals. I see other places who offer the bare minimum of training for premium pricing and that should not be the case. Our training classes are catered to the student who is front of me and presented at a level they will understand and not a “cookie cutter” type of class. Course content will be relevant to the class that you are taking and explained in detail so you have the information you need to make informed choices.
Finally, Red Shirt Training is a hobby for me. After retiring from law enforcement, I started a new career. While working on my new career many would ask if I would hold a class. Thanks to my new career I have a classroom within my office that is also used for Red Shirt Training classes. I have a working relationship with a local indoor range, Gold and Pawn’d, and they allow me to conduct the live fire portions of the class at their facility. In the latest news, Red Shirt Training now has offers a Firearms Simulator system that can identify and correct common shooting errors with using live ammunition. Watch our web page for upcoming information.
We look forward to hearing from you but please understand that I may not be able to get back with you right away. As a person who has two separate businesses and additionally does volunteer work there is only so much time in the day. I will get back with you just as soon as I can if you leave me a phone message. If you email me at firstname.lastname@example.org you may get a quicker reply. Training with Red Shirt Training will be worth the wait!
